Spicy Stuffed Peppers

Brown onions with garlic and chillies in olive oil until cooked. I add paprika, salt, pepper and spices until my long dead grandmother whispers in my ear “That’s enough dear”. And a tin of black beans.

Stuff this mixture into cleaned out capsicums and top with cheese before popping the tops back on.

Bake in an oven for 30 mins on 180*.
Add a dash of lemon juice and sour cream and they are ready to eat!
