I’ve been passionate about baking with sourdough for quite a few years now. So many that The Mother is turning 6 soon!
- 1 Cup Sourdough Starter
- 1 Cup Flour
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan
- Sea Salt to taste
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to form a smooth dough.
Place dough between two sheets of baking paper and use a rolling pin to flatten out to a thickness of about half a centimetre.
Remove the top sheet of baking paper and cut the dough into pieces.
Sprinkle with a little more sea salt and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes or until browned.
Allow to cool and try not to eat the whole lot all at once 😊
