Don Pedro is a grown up milkshake usually served in a wine glass made from either a whiskey or liqueur such as Amarula, Kahlua or Frangelico. Some consider it a cocktail, but it is usually served at the end of a meal as a dessert.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups Vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup Amarula Liqueur
- ¾ cup Freash Cream
- 1 Flake (crumbled or shaved)
Method:
- Place all items in a blender and blitz until combined
- Serve in a glass and sprinkle with Chocolate flakes/crumbs
