Automatic notifications for expiring certificates
Many food companies are bogged down with manually monitoring certificate expiry dates, spread throughout various spreadsheets. The PIF Manager™ ePIF portal eliminates the need for this, with all certificate expiry dates automatically recorded within the portal. You simply select when you want PIF Manager to notify you of an upcoming expiry (choose from 30, 60 or 90 days prior) and it will send you an email to let you know it’s time to start preparing the updated certificate.

When new certificates are ready, PIF Manager will bulk upload any that need to be attached to multiple PIFs and will automatically create a new issue number and date on each PIF. It even emails any customers you’ve set up to receive copies of updated PIFs and new certificates.

Perfecto gets PIFs online fast
Fresh meat and poultry company Perfecto Quality Foods was a complete newcomer to online V6 PIFs when a major supermarket required them to submit a PIF late last year. Bizcaps Software got them up and running with PIF Manager™ overnight and it’s been smooth sailing since.
