Bizcaps is delighted to announce that we have been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Technology Services 4 (TS4) Framework for Lot 5a Application and Data Management, further strengthening our long‑standing relationship with the UK public sector. This is the largest framework of its kind and will run for up to 8 years.
Crown Commercial Service is the UK’s largest public‑sector procurement organisation and an executive agency of the Cabinet Office. CCS supports public sector buyers by providing access to pre‑approved suppliers who meet rigorous commercial, technical and governance standards. In 2023/24 alone, CCS helped deliver commercial benefits equal to £4.9 billion, supporting high‑quality public services and value for taxpayers.
This appointment follows Bizcaps’ successful participation on the previous Technology Services 3 (TS3) Framework, and represents an important milestone as we continue to expand our international footprint.
As a proudly Australian company, this milestone is particularly meaningful. Following the Australia–UK Free Trade Agreement, we look forward to extending our services to support UK government organisations, NHS Trusts and suppliers — particularly across healthcare and food, where high‑quality product data is essential to safety, efficiency and compliance.

Being awarded a place on the TS4 Framework demonstrates Bizcaps’ commercial viability, technical capability, platform maturity, delivery experience, and reinforces our ability to support public sector buyers operating in complex, regulated environments.
By combining this industry experience with deep expertise in GS1 and GDSN datapool standards, as well as automated product data management solutions, Bizcaps is well placed to support UK healthcare organisations in streamlining the collection, validation and ongoing maintenance of product information.
Demonstrating Our Commitment to Cybersecurity
The CCS tender process places a strong emphasis on due diligence and supplier assurance, including cybersecurity maturity.
As part of this process, Bizcaps demonstrated compliance with the Cyber Essentials scheme — a UK Government‑backed certification designed to validate an organisation’s commitment to cybersecurity and a requirement for most government contracts.
